Returns

We will accept postage paid returns only after a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA) has been obtained from us. Items must be in original unopened packaging and we must be contacted within 30 days of delivery. S&H fees are non-refundable and a restocking fee will be applied.

Exchanges

We will accept postage paid exchanges only after a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA) has been obtained from us. Manufacturer defective items will only be exchanged for the same product. We must be contacted within 30 days of delivery. S&H fees are non-refundable.

Payment must be received within 7 days and is accepted in the following forms through our secure checkout system:

USA
Standard shipping is via USPS for orders under $100 and there are additional choices during checkout. US orders over $100 will be shipped via FedEx Service. We combine shipping fees during checkout when all items are paid together with one payment.


International
Standard shipping is via US Postal Service for orders under $75.00 USD. Orders over $75.00 will be shipped via USPS Global Express Mail Service. We combine shipping fees during checkout when all items are paid together with one payment. Buyer is responsible for all duties and taxes imposed by their country upon delivery.


Sales Tax
Only orders shipped within the state of UTAH are required to pay sales tax, at the rate of 6.20%.
