About Us
Hey, thanks for stopping by to learn more about us. We're excited to have you as a customer or if you haven't bought from us before, a potential customer. There's a lot we could tell you about us but that would take all day, so we'll try to highlight the most relevant topics.
gr8prices.com was first formed on September 25th, 2002 and got its start on eBay with one piece of Roxio and was soon on its way. While we specialized in software applications in the past, we've expanded our business to encompass a variety of products that we will be promoting through eBay and we are excited to be back. In order to do this, on January 1st of 2012, gr8prices merged with two other businesses; Made In Zion™ and Cassiopeia's Corner and now operates as gr8prices.com (a CCP, Inc. company)
Meet Our Two Owners:
Greg: Our original entrepreneur and owner has a 22 year background in IT. When he started gr8prices (jmcompany), he shipped that first Roxio product from his home office while his 3 and 1 year old daughters (j for Julia and m for Madison) played at his feet. He's been a Certified Novell Administrator, enjoyed traveling the country installing and training credit unions on proprietary credit union software and hardware, built and set up Unix, Microsoft and Novell networks. He's been the Director of Information Systems for one of the largest property management companies in Las Vegas, Nevada, consulted with many corporations about their IT operations, works with small and large companies to find them the best solution for their IT concerns, and really, he's an all around nice guy.
Kim: While new to gr8prices1 as of January 1st, 2012 when her company, Cassiopeia's Corner merged with ours, Kim is not new to the business world of customer service. She has a 25 year background in finance, sales, customer service, conflict resolution, and marketing. A former CEO of a large commercial contracting firm in Salt Lake City, Utah; Kim won her stripes by going toe to toe with general contractors who thought she was just a slip of a girl who didn't know much about anything. She was one of the first successful female construction owners in the tri-state area. Dedicated to professionalism in customer service and communications, she's agreed to take the position as your customer service liaison and really, she loves people and is an all around nice gal.
Our staff: A group of zany, fun loving, bunch of people who make working with them a pleasure and keep us on our toes. (They're sitting behind us so we have to say that, just kidding.) But seriously, if it weren't for them, we wouldn't be where we are today and they're all around nice guys and gals.
